Reikaは16歳でイギリスへ渡英✈️。自分で道を切り開き、大学〜就職、永住権を得て約20年という長い間イギリスに定住します。キャリアは大手自動車メーカ―開発や総合商社に採用され、流暢な英語と経験を活かし、新規開拓〜受注へと導き多くの日系大企業を現地でサポート💁🏻♀️彼女の誠実さ、そして優れた調整・交渉力、変化対応力が信頼関係を築き上げ、その後フリーランスとして独立します。政府が運営するNHS病院🚑や警察、企業の専属通訳として努めます。

Reika ✈️ to the England to study English at the age of 16. She gained her college degree, a job and settled down in Oxfordshire for the following 20 years learning about the British culture.
Reika has worked at major Japanese automotive and trading companies. As a senior sales executive with excellent negotiation skills coupled with deep insights into both UK's and Japan's cultures she built strong business relationships💁🏻♀️.
Ready for the next challenge, Reika moved to freelancing as a linguist specialist providing services to the NHS and the Police Forces.
After returning to Japan, Reika established Broad, a company specialized in IT solutions and localization services for 🎮 software and 🩺 industry. She also launched 'Eureka School' with focus on English & Programming delivered through fun playing with LEGO. In 2019 she created AGORA at Marusa Store in Mino selling uniquely hand-crafted Italian goods 🥰. In 2021 she co-founded R&J LLC with her husband starting the import and export business🍾
Family life revolves around her three adorable children, the two beautiful rescued cats 🐱 and handsome husband Juri. They are a multilingual lively family loving spending quality time together, cooking, baking and eating of course! 😋

オックスフォードブルックス大学 BSc Mathematical Sciences 学士取得。ファンデーションテクノロジー賞🏆受賞。最優秀賞生🥇として表彰され、IMA賞を受賞。卒業生代表として選ばれ、新聞"The Oxford Times"に掲載。英国工学・物理科学研究会に奨学生としてノミネートされ、レディング大学院でさらに高度な数学を専攻。MSc Mathematics of Scientific and Industrial Computations修士号取得。
その後、世界の“BIG 4”と呼ばれる会計・監査ファームKPMG LLP UKに採用され、優れた集中力と細部へのこだわりを持った彼は主導的な役割を果たします。アプリ設計、ウェブサイト、データベース、組織の戦略的目標に基づいた新商品研究、イギリス全土で採用された倒産・破産をモニタリングできるシステム設計・構築・テスト・評価のすべてを経験。
2014年家族と🗾に移住、Broadを創業。2019年LINE開発、アプリ、システム開発など幅広いサービスを提供。2021年R&J LLCを設立。新規事業、輸入をスタート。お客さまの「こんなシステム、アプリがあったらいいな？」を実現しています！

Juri, a mathematician whose true passion is programming, grew-up in Sicily 🍋 but eager to learn English he soon swapped ☀️ for 🌧 and moved to England where he began the journey to become a mathematician.
Juri 👨🎓 in Mathematics & Statistics at Oxford Brookes University where he won the Foundation Technology 🏆, the IMA Award and the Graduate of the Year Award with his story featured in "The Oxford Times".
The EPSRC scholarship allowed Juri to complete an MSc in advanced Mathematics of Industrial and Scientific Computations at Reading University where... he discovered his passion for programming 👨🏻💻
Juri's career started as an integration analyst at one of the “Big Four”, KPMG LLP UK, where he was a leading force thanks to his unwavering commitment and 🔎 to details.
In 2014, Juri moved to 🗾 with his family to start a new journey... In 2021 he co-founded R&J with his wife and life partner Reika 😍 combining their knowledge, experience and talent in order to create software solutions inspired by simplicity and efficiency.
